If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase or wish to an exchange a piece of jewelry or key chain, follow the instructions below.
If for whatever reason the item breaks or something else is wrong, please email a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with how it happened (We'd like to know for quality control purposes). In such a case, we will gladly replace the item given that we still have the item available! Thank you! :)
FOR APPAREL: Garments that have been washed / worn are not eligible for a return. However, please CONTACT US if there is an issue with your garment purchase.

Print and fill out THIS FORM and follow instructions provided there. Be sure to include this form in your return back to us.
Note: When mailing an item back, we suggest getting some form of shipping that includes tracking (First-Class USPS will usually provide this) and / or insurance. A refund / exchange will only processed upon receipt of the item.
